Welcome! I am Yabin Yin (尹雅彬), a Postdoctoral Fellow at the James M. and Cathleen D. Stone Centre on Socio-Economic Inequality in Asia, the University of Hong Kong. I obtained my PhD in Social Science from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2025.  

My research interests are in the fields of development economics, labor economics, and political economy. My current works focus on the water-related gender inequality and conflicts in developing regions, as well as health costs of ideological policies.
